About Georgia

If you find yourself feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed with life obstacles, know that you don’t have to face them alone. I offer a warm and compassionate environment that is collaborative and goal oriented. I will teach you ways to cope and overcome your stress, modify unhelpful thinking and behaviors, and improve your problem-solving skills.

Throughout my career, I have held clinical and supervisory roles working in various settings. My experience has been dedicated to working with people of all ages specializing in mental and behavioral health, addiction, and trauma. This includes but is not limited to co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, sexual abuse, LGBTQ+ and grief. Additionally, I have developed and facilitated educational and clinical groups focused on social skills, anger management, mental health and co-occurring disorders to help my clients better understand their symptoms and develop the appropriate skills to improve and manage their lives.

My approach is person-centered, supportive, empathetic and non-judgmental, which enables me to work with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds. My goal is to empower you to transform your challenges into opportunities by using a strength-based model to foster emotional growth, so you can regain a sense of control over your life. I am fluent in English, French and Greek and I am committed to supporting you on your healing journey.
